HAUSCHKA DINNER This year, we kicked off Berlin Art Week in a very special way: together with artist Charlie Stein and Dr. Hauschka as our co-hosts, we celebrated the launch of our new Issue #39 DESIRE and the launch of Dr. Hauschka’s new Long-Lasting Mascara with a dinner at the Fräulein office – also home to the art gallery Schlachter151. Words by Ann-Kathrin Riedl, Photography by Eva Luise Hoppe A wonderful women-only circle from the worlds of art, culture, and fashion joined us to celebrate Charlie Stein’s cover artwork for the issue and the launch of Dr. Hauschka’s new Long-Lasting Mascara. Among them were gallerist Anahita Sadighi, artist Jorinde Voigt, and actress Luise Befort, to name just a few. They all gathered around a table that Studio Lilo had transformed into a true artwork of moss and lilies, dipped in black paint – autumnal, dark, and atmospheric. A bridge to the magazine cover was created through three large banners at the head of the table, showcasing Charlie Stein’s works in a striking way. Meanwhile, Dr. Hauschka’s product range was brought to life at a dedicated styling station, where makeup artist Rebecca Schmitz treated guests with the new mascara and other Hauschka favorites. The evening’s wonderful vegan menu, featuring special ingredients such as huitlacoche – the “black truffle” of Mexico – and amaranth, was prepared on site by the Taco Kween team. Thoughtfully paired with Dr. Hauschka ingredients Calendula and Roses, the menu perfectly reflected Dr. Hauschka’s philosophy of meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. Thank you to our amazing guests – we were so happy to have you with us!
