Emporio Armani introduces 1981, a new family of bags named after the year the house was founded. Rooted in the brand’s enduring design language, the collection balances heritage with a contemporary sensibility, combining elevated craftsmanship with everyday functionality.

Developed through archival research, 1981 features a signature micro-print alongside subtle origami-inspired folds that lend texture and dimension to clean, versatile silhouettes. The collection spans hobo bags, totes, handbags and shoulder bags, each designed to transition effortlessly from day to night.

Jewellery-inspired clasps and delicate folded charms add refined finishing touches, while a timeless palette of tan, black and taupe underscores the collection’s understated appeal.

The Emporio Armani 1981 collection is now available in selected boutiques worldwide and online.

VIU for Art Basel: Curated Vision

VIU and Art Basel have teamed up for Curated Vision, a collaboration shaped by the idea that seeing is a conscious choice.

At a time when attention is increasingly fragmented, the collection focuses on clarity and intention. It brings together Art Basel’s curatorial approach and VIU’s minimalist design language through two eyewear styles: Art Basel I, a slim, elongated silhouette, and Art Basel II, a refined round frame.

Subtle colour gradients and transparent layers add depth, while the frames are handcrafted in Northern Italy from Eastman Acetate Renew.

The VIU for Art Basel collection is available from June 2026 in all VIU stores and online.
