The Pride capsule collection has been available in select stores and online at the start of June, and includes baseball caps, shirts, hoodies with varsity style lettering that spells out a combination of the words Gay Pride Balenciaga 2021, but also underwear, bracelets, and fake fur coin purses featuring the rainbow flag.
15% of the sales price from the Balenciaga Pride 2021 products will be donated to The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people. This initiative stresses the brand’s commitment to community involvement and directing awareness towards urgent social issues.
