Inan Batman’s Unity of Life: The album of the summer

Drawing from over two decades of musical experience rooted in hip hop, Inan Batman has steadily evolved into the world of afro house and afro tech, shaping a sound that blends rhythmic club energy with R&B influences. Following the success of DUNYA with Luciano, which reached over 5 million Spotify streams, he now returns with his new EP Unity of Life.

The release explores two emotional states that exist side by side. The title track carries a sense of reflection, looking back at what had to be left behind while recognizing how far the journey has already come. There is a certain nostalgia in it, but also hope. It is about trusting where life is leading and finding peace in letting go of the past.

Its counterpart “Control” takes a different direction. More focused, more direct, and built around tension and release, the track channels a stronger peak time energy. Where “Unity of Life” opens up space for emotion and connection, “Control” locks in with precision and momentum.

Together, both tracks reflect a sense of balance. Healing and strength, vulnerability and control. We think this is the album that should be on repeat all summer long.
