The world-famous, American drag queen Violet Chachki is known for outworldly burlesque performances bringing her victory in the seventh season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Recently, her fans have been blessed with the long-awaited music video to the single “FADE TO GREY – Visage” her and Lecomte de Brégot´s remix, an 80ies inspired masterpiece with a strong signature sound, sharp synths, and seductively whispered vocals.
The video showcases the iconic duo of Paul Jason Dardo, the person behind the character, and the almighty, all glamorous Violet together, constantly switching between these two contrasting, yet connected personas in an Olymp-like location. Moonlight and fog let the figures fade into a mysterious, sensual, and absorbing dynamic. Sheer and shiny pieces contrast with color-pop outfits, both worn by Violet and Dardo himself.
The video invites the viewer to dive deeper into Violet´s magic universe of self-expression and spontanuety.
