The new collection by & Other Stories in collaboration with designer Minju Kim provides an answer. The new playful and outstanding garments in this collection are meant to enchant with their special designs and prints.

The designer Minju Kim, being known all around the world makes the collection a real highlight. People across the globe fall in love with her cheerful clothes and appreciate her dedication and creativity in designing iconic pieces. Kim herself looks back on an impressive journey to her current position, not only being a graduate of the Academy of Arts in Antwerp she was also the first to win the Netflix series ,,Next in Fashion’‘. In 2015, she launched her own brand after winning the H&M Design Award. Her creativity and imagination are one of her numerous and unmistakable trademarks.

For this collection, she took inspiration from her own previous collection ,,Moon Gardener”. Flowers and gardens, modernity and freshness, patterns, fabrics and prints — that’s what the new collection’s about, not only consisting of garments but also of items like hair clips and accessories. Voluminous silhouettes, sculptural dresses, pleated fabrics, balloon sleeves and tiered skirts are melting together with dreamy prints and vivid colours such as cherry blossom rose and cornflower blue. All items are supposed to be cheerful, fun but at the same time long-lasting, becoming a new companion to the wearer, spreading joy and brightening up everyday life. People fall in love with the pieces, not wanting to let them go at all — that’s the magic of Minju Kim’s universe, a universe full of wearable works of art, unfolding freely and bringing a smile to the wearer’s face.
