There are items that we like, and there are items that we love. There are items we collectively laugh over, bond over, swoon over, and there are definitely pieces we are singularly obsessed with.

We dedicate a weekly declaration of love to particular fashion and beauty items that may not forever be iconic or relevant, but are currently making us feel some type of way. Enjoy the latest obsessions of our editorial team. Welcome to Fräulein Crush! This week’s crush comes from our dear contributor in London, the often imitated yet never replicated Marien Brandon.

“The Australian designer Dion Lee knows how to create a hit factor, those highly desirable piece that captures my mind. I found myself dreaming of them, virtually window shopping on his e-shop almost on a daily basis. We are really talking about a crush. Recently it was this unisex tank with a corset bodice. A corset made practical, I couldn’t ask for more! The lacing is on the side, and this piece is made in a soft cotton material making is so wearable without compromising the aesthetic.
This Pistachio dream has me craving for summer. Luckily, I am writing from London where life appears to slowly be returning to normal, and I am vividly planing my wardrobe for the sunny days. I feel like I just need this top -and a gin and tonic.
To be honest, I was lurking at this piece for a while. It recently went viral when worn by Jacob Elordi in Man About Town Magazine. I also know it will look incredible on me, thanks to its V-shape cropped cut faltering. Divine.
Pistachio ice cream is the must have accessory for this top and will be perfect for your Instagram feed this summer. Can someone please offer me the corset? I will bring the ice cream!”
